give thanks

Well, the date that America gets off and is told to be thankful is almost here.  I think that Thanksgiving in one of my favorite holiday because people are reminded to be thankful and we all too often aren't.  Today as I was driving down the highway at a leisurely 65 MPH, I thought how happy I was that I had no rush to be anywhere.  These next two weeks are devoted to spending time with family and friends.  What a blessing!

So here are a few things I'm thankful for, but I honestly am so thankful for every little piece of my life that has been woven together so perfectly that I can barely can recognize it at times.

I'm thankful for my family, Evan and Morgan, old friends and new friends, a place to live (more then I one even),  God providing college for me and a money to get me to Africa for one month, my health has seemed to at least be normal (if not improving), and so much more.

So the next part is for kids.  Today I thought about how some kids in my life are going to wonder where I am, since they see me every week and often more then once.  So this is for Blake B., Sydney B., Abbey, Luke, Blake P., Blake, Jyden, Sidney, Cadin, Zoe, Trace, Morgan (even though those two won't understand the pictures), and who ever wants to show this to their kids.  I'm going to try with every post to put pictures up of me with a kids around one of their ages, a house that I have seen, kids doing something they like to do like the splits (maybe syd?), and BUGS or animals (for Blake B. and other kids that love that sort of stuff.)  Then you can kind of show them what's going on and where I am.  It might be a little easier for them to understand and to enjoy.  It makes me happy starting a passion in them that was started in me when I was only eight years old.

Grace peace and love
